We are now accepting vendor applications for UnityLitt events. 

Every year, we pride ourselves on having some of the best food, arts, crafts and healing arts vendors the East Coast has to offer. This year will be no different!
Please note, that if selected, vendors are asked to follow UnityLitts guidelines:

• Complete a vending agreement with UnityLitt and show proof of insurance. 
• Be able to arrive no later than the day before the event starts (________), though earlier arrival is encouraged.
• Maintain a staff presence to vend until dusk or later each day.
• Use compostable serving ware, (available for purchase through a festival partnership with a local provider).

ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST BE CERTIFIED AS KOSHER

Full Meal Vendors

Full Meal Vendors will receive a vending space with 15-20 foot frontage and a mutually agreed upon number of staff tickets and free camping for staff. The exact number of staff tickets will be agreed upon if/when you are chosen as a Full Meal Vendor. Full Meal Vendors will have power at their booth sites and access to PSA running water. Instead of a cash vendor fee, most Full Meal Vendors supply food vouchers to the festival that can be redeemed by patrons for free meals from your booth. We will only have 6-8 Full Meal Vendors at the festival.

Specialty Food Vendors

Specialty Food Vendors (those serving only one food item, such as ice cream, or beverages ) will be charged $___ per UnityLitt event. They will receive 10-to-15-foot frontage and 2 staff tickets, plus free camping. Additional staff tickets can be purchased as needed in advance of the festival at a reduced rate. Specialty Food Vendors will have access to PSA running water. Most will also have power at their booth sites.

Arts & Crafts Vendors

Arts & Crafts vendors will receive a space with 10-foot frontage. Price per UnityLitt event is $____. This will also include two General Admission weekend tickets and free camping. We do not allow camping behind all vending locations. Additional staff tickets can be purchased as needed in advance of the festival at a reduced rate. Most booths do not have power.

Healing Arts Vendors

Healing Arts Vendors (for example: massage, reiki, acupuncture, aromatherapy, psychic readings, etc.) will receive a space with 10-foot frontage and at least 15 feet of depth. Price per UnityLitt event is $____ or mutually agreed upon trade. We will only accept 4-6 Healing Arts Vendors.  Limited electricity is available for things such as small fans, peaceful noise makers, lights etc. PSA Water is available at the fest but not directly at the Healing Arts Vending area.

Non-Profit Vendors

Nonprofit Vendors that are selected will receive a space with 10-foot frontage free of charge. This will also include two General Admission weekend tickets and free camping. Only 4 nonprofit vendors will be admitted, and nonprofits local to ___________ will received preferred application status. We do not allow camping behind nonprofit vending locations. Additional staff tickets can be purchased as needed in advance of the festival at a reduced rate. Booths may not have power.

Installations

If you are approved to bring your Installation to a UnityLitt experience, you will receive a space to set up your installation. This will also include two General Admission weekend tickets and free camping. We do not allow camping behind installation locations. Additional staff tickets can be purchased as needed in advance of the festival at a reduced rate. Location may not have power.
